MRC 2 Day Course - Evaluation, Treatment Planning & Implementation. Module 1

During MRC's training seminars and courses, attendees will learn how myofunctional appliances can be used to treat soft tissue dysfunction, as well as receive advice regarding how myofunctional orthodontics can offer their practice a profitable alternative to traditional orthodontic techniques.  Attendees will also be presented with information regarding a wide range of MRC's appliances as well as receive information about profitably managing a clinic solely devoted to myofunctional orthodontic treatment. MRC’s expert presenters offer doctors and their staff a practical and modern approach to diagnosing of poor myofunctional habits and treating the underlying causes of malocclusion. These courses also include case studies, task delegation and workshops explaining and demonstrating various MRC systems and appliances.

LECTURERS:
 

Jess Maidman has been in the dental industry since 2006 and joined the Myofunctional Research Co. in 2012. Her passion for improving the health of all children combined with her lively enthusiastic personality and years of experience in paediatric dentistry make her a wonderful addition to the MRC team. After working in Myobrace® Pre-Orthodontic Centres for the past five years, Jessica is now the Senior Educator for Myobrace®, offering support, education and training to Myobrace® members and assisting practitioners to implement The Myobrace® System. Jessica is also apart of the MRC lecturing team and is passionate about sharing the Myobrace® philosophy around the world.

 

Dr Madeeha Khan B Oral Hlth (Dent Sci), Grad Dip Dent (Griffith) Dr Khan completed her studies in dentistry at Griffith University in 2016, achieving Awards for Academic Excellence over three consecutive years. Dr Khan was born in Brisbane and has been working at the Myobrace Pre-Orthodontic Center since completing her dental degree at Griffith University and continues to practice dentistry in Brisbane. Throughout her time at university, she believed there was more to dentistry than drilling and filling teeth. She is passionate about improving the overall health of children, and her desire to work at the Myobrace Pre-Orthodontic Center stemmed from her belief that early intervention can change the face of paediatric health. With a calm and gentle demeanour, she strives to make every patient’s experience a friendly and enjoyable one.
