OVERVIEW
This course teaches you how to integrate myofunctional orthodontics into your practice. Learn to identify and effectively treat breathing disorders and myofunctional problems that limit facial growth and lead to malocclusion.

- Functional anatomy and physiology related to breathing and orofacial muscles
- Identification of the underlying causes of malocclusion
- Diagnosis and treatment of breathing disorders in adults and children
- Presentation of treatment options using MRC’s treatment systems: Myobrace®, Myosa®, Myoretainr®, Myotalea®
- Hands-on practical session muscle palpation
- Implementation of MRC Fast Track Activities programs
- Treatment planning and case discussions

Dr John Roberts
BDS, UK
Dr John Roberts qualified in Dentistry at Leeds University and earned a degree in Integrative Medicine in Washington DC. In 1987, he opened his own holistic dental practice, emphasizing non-extraction orthodontics, preventive hygiene and early myofunctional therapy. In 2003, he founded an Integrative Dental and Health practice, a pioneering model for collaboration between dentists and complementary health practitioners in the UK. Today, he works across several practices and lectures internationally on the links between dentistry, breathing, posture, sleep and overall health.
