Myobrace® Adult Aligner Stage 3 - AA3

Final dental alignment and retention

The AA3 is the third and final stage in the Adult Aligner appliance group and specifically focuses on final dental alignment and retention of the arch form. The AA3 is the hardest appliance in the group, with a uniquely designed rigid inner core and a firm but comfortable outer layer, that enables it to apply additional force.

The AA3 features ensure that breathing and myofunctional habits are retained and improved further (if required). The Myoretainr® can be used after treatment for further retention.


Design Features

Incorporating all the key features of the AA2, the AA3 consists a firmer outer layer for final alignment and retention.

Directions for Use

Use your Myobrace® appliance for one to two hours each day, plus overnight while sleeping. Your teeth may become slightly sensitive in the early stages of treatment. This is quite normal but if the pain becomes excessive, decrease application time and consult your doctor.

  • Step 1

    Hold the Myobrace® with tongue tag facing up.

    Step 1

  • Step 2

    Place the Myobrace® into the mouth.

    Step 2

  • Step 3

    Keep tongue positioned on the tongue tag.

    Step 3

  • Step 4

    Close down on the Myobrace® and feel it working to align your front teeth and jaws.

    Step 4

  • Step 5

    Keep lips together and breathe through nose.

    Step 5

Cleaning the Appliance

The AA3 appliance should be cleaned under warm running water every time your child removes it from their mouth.

Use Myoclean™ tablets to thoroughly clean twice a week. Myoclean™ is the recommended cleaning agent for all MRC appliances.
