Dr Chris Farrell
BDS
Dr. Chris Farrell schloss 1971 sein Studium an der University of Sydney (Australien) ab, nachdem er umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den herkömmlichen kieferorthopädischen Behandlungsverfahren mit der Begg-Technik erworben hatte. Aufgrund seiner klinischen Erfahrung begann er sich für die kraniomandibuläre Dysfunktion (CMD) zu interessieren. Dabei entdeckte er in weiteren Forschungen die myofunktionelle Ätiologie von Dysgnathien und CMD, was der etablierten Lehrmeinung seinerzeit widersprach. Dr. Farrell gründete Myofunctional Research Co. (MRC) 1989 in der Absicht, myofunktionelle Apparaturen zu entwickeln, die sich für die kieferorthopädische Frühbehandlung eigneten. Seine Apparaturensysteme Trainer und Myobrace® werden inzwischen in mehr als 100 Ländern weltweit in kieferorthopädischen und zahnärztlichen Praxen eingesetzt.

Dr. Madeeha Khan schloss 2016 ihr Studium der Zahnmedizin an der Griffith University ab und erhielt in drei aufeinander folgenden Jahren Auszeichnungen für herausragende akademische Leistungen. Sie arbeitet seit Abschluss ihres Studiums im Myobrace®Pre-Orthodontic Center und setzt sich voller Elan für die Verbesserung der allgemeinen Gesundheit von Kindern ein.

Beth Hildebrand
Senior Myobrace Educator
Beth Hildebrand serves as the Senior Educator at MRC’s flagship Myobrace®Centre and has been with the company since 2019. With a diverse background in dentistry, Beth actively contributes to shaping educational programs for dental professionals. Collaborating alongside leading dentists who are reshaping the world of orthodontics, including the founder of Myobrace®, Dr. Chris Farrell, Beth leverages her experience to contribute to advancements in the field. Her commitment extends to promoting a more patient-centred and family orientated approach to oral health within the dental community.
